قانون إلغاء قانون سجلات الأراضي

المادة 1

يسمى هذا القانون (قانون إلغاء قانون سجلات الأراضي لسنة 2020) ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.

المادة 2

يلغى قانون سجلات الأراضي رقم (30) لسنة 1944.

المادة 3

رئيس الوزراء والوزراء مكلفون بتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون.
