المادة 1

يسمى هذا النظام (نظام إلغاء نظام أجور الأعمال الإضافية لموظفي الدولة لسنة 1969) ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة
الرسمية.

المادة 2

اعتبارا من تاريخ العمل بهذا النظام يلغى (نظام أجور الأعمال الإضافية لموظفي الدولة رقم 78 لسنة 1967)
